2. Explain about Order Acknowladgements Letter
In my opinion, an Order Acknowledgment or reply letter to customers who have made this order. This letter contains greetings, customers, content, and thanks to customers for orders. An Acknowledgment Order is also a stock of goods, payment and shipping methods, and an apology if inventory runs out of stock.
Menurut saya, Acknowledgment Order atau surat balasan kepada pelanggan yang telah membuat pesanan ini. Surat ini berisi salam, pelanggan, konten, dan terima kasih kepada pelanggan atas pesanan. Perintah Pengakuan juga merupakan stok barang, pembayaran dan metode pengiriman, dan permintaan maaf jika persediaan kehabisan stok.


3. Explain the importance of the letter
The reason I made this letter was to inform the customer of the ordered items that are still available or have been used up in the inventory, and confirm if the item is ready to be sent to the customer's address after making the payment.
Alasan saya membuat surat ini adalah untuk mengabarkan kepada pelanggan atas barang pesanannya yang masih tersedia atau sudah habis di persediaan barangnya, dan mengkonfirmasi jika barang tersebut siap untuk dikirim ke alamat pelanggan setelah melakukan pembayaran.
